A: No, but if you want to keep that new fresh look, sweep some sand in from year to year.

Q: Are the owners of ROL, Inc. working on my project?
A: Absolutely. It is in our best interest and the interest of our clients to be there from start to finish. From the initial contact meeting to the last final handshake, we are there.

Q: As a homeowner, what can I expect during the duration of my project?
A: you can expect us to be considerate of your home and your property. Even before we start, we will discuss details of where we can place materials, clean up and parking. No matter what the size of your project, we want it to be a pleasurable experience.

Q: What if I want to add to my project once it is already started?
A: for the most part the answer is yes. We understand that getting a grasp of the project might not always be clear until we are underway.
If it makes sense to us because the additions are in the same place that we are working in, then yes. If it is in the opposite corner of the property, depending on scale, we may ask that we put that addition on at a later date….but it never hurts to ask.

Q: Is the price on the estimate the same price that I pay?
A: Yes. Once there are increases or decreases, then of coarse the estimates final price will vary with the changes to the project.

Q: Do you use any sub contractors?
A: Yes. In the excavation department - when needed. It is not always necessary to do that.
